THE BRIEF

Nicky Verrocchi approached Made By Camille to launch her premium, organic cotton baby wear brand Bambi Mini Co. It is the first ever baby and toddler clothing collection to be stocked exclusively by Chemist Warehouse in Australia and New Zealand.

THE PROCESS

We took the existing brand and set-out to create bold, colourful visuals, designs and engaging copy. Starting with a digital marketing strategy and art directed photoshoot, we created campaign comms around the key taglines ‘Be Bold, Baby’ and ‘It takes a village’ in order to create an engaged community – a real life village of Bambi Mini Co. lovers. Taking the brand to market involved collaborating with various departments and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within Chemist Warehouse to create a unique voice amongst the retailer’s diverse stable of brands.

Pre and post launch included digital, print and instore applications including website design and development, digital marketing teaser campaign, strategic social media content marketing plan, content creation/copywriting, digital pack, eDM’s, POS, environmental signage, print advertising and various communication tools such as media releases and an internal sales deck.

THE OUTCOME

We’re still working with the Bambi Mini Co. team and continue to provide strategic creative support to Chemist Warehouse. Our post-launch work includes tactics such as new product launches, eCommerce photoshoots including styling and art direction, social media management and reporting, specialised campaign work (The Good Friday Appeal and Australian Open showcase) and website development.

Good news alert: Bambi Mini Co. sold over 10,000 products in the first six months of launching to market.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
